You know how I love the Colombelle….Ugni Blanc and Chardonnay. Dry, light, peaches. I discovered another wine with the unfortunate (for export only) name of Wild Boar White. It is ugni and chard, with 40% Viognier. So it has a bit more richness, but still that nice peachy flava.
I think simple, cheap white wines from Southern France are so perfect. They are just wonderful wines to drink in the scorching summer.
