I have been loving Shanghai Garden; they make the best hand-shaved noodles. I planned on having them at lunch with my coworkers, so they put a bottle of wine in the fridge. A 2003 Donnhoff Riesling. What a great wine. These are great with Asian food and sushi. Light in alcohol, a touch of sweetness, and nice acidity. And when I say sweetness, I do not mean a Jolly Rancher. The acidity balances everything out and that is the key. This is a great 15 dollar bottle.
