Wow, what a find! I had heard inklings that there were some cool sparklers coming from here which were recently confirmed at a lunch I attended courtesy of Goelet Wine Estates. Rich, barrel-aged still wines are balanced by the lovely and lively bubbles. One of the coolest wines I’ve tried in a while. Tasmania: Hell Yeah!
