If you have seen me in person there is a good chance that I’m wearing jeans, have a wine glass in my hand, and will probably be wearing green Addidas shoes with yellow stripes. Unbeknownst to me, my shoes struck a chord with fellow blogger Denise Sakaki while we were chatting at the recent networking event for Seattle food aficionados, Foodportunity. She is the author of two highly recommended blogs, Wasabi Prime and The Jaunty Magpie. The former is all about food and drink, the latter more style-inspired.
Thanks, Denise, for making me walk with a jaunty step. And if you want to know why, please read her post that made my day:

May we share your belt? It would look good on me. GREG
Greg,
I got it in Pike Place Market years ago. I don’t know if it’s still there but there was a little kiosk where you pick out the leather belt and buckle and they attach the buckle and punch holes in the belt for you. I’ll do some recon and see if there still around.
